I am very pleased with the quality of the carpetcleaning. We had three bedrooms and a large area rug cleaned for a reasonable price. He spent extra time in a particularly stained room (teenagers - ugh) and did a great job to improve the appearance and smell of the carpet.

Anthony was excellent! He arrived on time, was very professional, and did an excellent job cleaning our two chairs and two ottomans. They look like new again, and their price was fair. Thank you Quality Carpet Care. I highly recommend this company.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum of $125 for service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we contact the customer and give them information about our company and our cleaning methods, we then tell them about any new customer incentives we are currently having; once we go over that we will set up an appointment with the customer to come out and give them a free estimate and once on site, if the customer agrees on the price we will go to work for them that day, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees at Quality Carpet Care are Von Schrader Certified Professional Cleaners, certified in all phases of carpet/floor/upholstery cleaning and system maintenance. We are wool and oriental carpet/fabric trained and certified as well.
