For residential and commercial cleaning, the price will vary depending on the package you pick: *Basic Service Package: Emptying, disinfecting, and relining all trash receptacles, cleaning the kitchen/break room and all bathroom areas, clean the entrance doors to include mirrors, handles, floor, etc., vacuum and mop all floors. *Premium Service Package All services that are included in the basic service in addition to dust and or clean all desk tops (without moving items), dust all computer monitors and screens, clean all telephones, dust all bookshelves, cabinets, clean light switches, dust/clean all window sills, doors, frames, and vacuum furniture on a regular rotating basis. *Platinum Service Package All services that are included in the basic and premium service packages in addition to Clean and maintain all baseboards, spot clean all walls, clean all ceiling fans and electrical outlets.
