- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of repairs and stretching has so many variables that it's hard to price site unseen. So they have to be looked at and priced according to the complexity of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly take classes and read articles on new ways of doing things. I like to stay up to date with our industry's latest technology & best cleaning techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to do something with natural disasters and so I started doing fire and water restoration which lead to all of our other services
