Marcel, was amazing. He was super responsive and went out of his way to be available. His knowledge was impressive. As I watched him work, I had never seen someone navigate all the different systems, driver installations etc with such speed and accuracy. This coming from a guy that built his own gaming pc and has been surrounded by friends whom work in IT. I had a major hardware issue and had to order parts. Marcel checked up the delivery and went out of his way to return to my house to install the new hardware and make sure it all ran smoothly. Bottom line you have no reason to go elsewhere, just call him!

I am very happy with Marcello's quality of work. He made sure the problem was fixed which required following up and it didn't cost an arm & a leg. The problem was connecting to wifi networks and although I couldn't get online, he figured out a way to make it work where others that replied to my inquiry said they couldn't help me if I wasn't able to connect to internet. Thank you so much for your help!!!
