Marcel, was amazing. He was super responsive and went out of his way to be available. His knowledge was impressive. As I watched him work, I had never seen someone navigate all the different systems, driver installations etc with such speed and accuracy. This coming from a guy that built his own gaming pc and has been surrounded by friends whom work in IT. I had a major hardware issue and had to order parts. Marcel checked up the delivery and went out of his way to return to my house to install the new hardware and make sure it all ran smoothly. Bottom line you have no reason to go elsewhere, just call him!

This gentleman went way above and beyond for me. Very professional and at the same time very personal. Completely knowledgeable about the issues I was having.
