Discounts are provided for regular customers. The cost of subscription service depends on the amount of equipment and is discussed with each client separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dialogue with the client begins with a description of the problem, after which we organize a visit, carry out diagnostics, agree on possible options for solving the problem, after agreement, we carry out work to solve the tasks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our specialists have specialized education in Russia, in the field of repair and maintenance of electronics and automated systems. Our specialists also have extensive experience working in Russia in this field of activity.
