- Represent the interest of properties in court; file and testify for eviction proceedings; and enforce eviction, possession and lock out of units with county sheriffs
- Attend industry meetings, training and professional seminars and receive professional publications to keep abreast of current trends and changes in legislative directives and technologies impacting property management
- Primary contact and key decision maker during a fire emergency, including first response, cleanup, and re-establishment of normalcy (aids in the investigation process with fire department and police officials, ensuring timely communication and cooperation with tenants, public adjusters, insurance company agents, and utility companies)
- Fully responsible for the administrative management of the properties
