Very responsive experience through the app. Had a technician come out and give a quote. He was super professional! Very polite and understanding. The only issue, the quote was tenfold higher than any other company I received quotes from!?! Check it out. Over 3k for air duct and blower cleaning?! Asked ChatGPT for the average cost of a new AC in Jacksonville, FL? Mid 5k! With heating, nearly 8k. So 3k for just a cleaning? Tech said it was $150 per vent for duct cleaning. Takes about 2 minutes depending on how dirty? This company is professional, but the highest I received out of five companies?! Look elsewhere!
