FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are set for each service. Long hair requires more time and product so price will be adjusted as needed. All Balayage and Wedding services require a credit card to hold appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A one on one consultation is so important. This is where I listen to your needs and together we come up with a plan to give you the best service that fits your unique needs. We will look at styles from pictures, Pinterest, or magazines and discuss the pros and cons until together we decide which is suited for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education has played a big role in my 28 yr. career. My education has taken me throughout the U.S. to train with the top artists of our field, including Vidal Sassoon in Calif; Redkin Haircolor in New York; Bumble and Bumble in New York and Florida. In October 2017 I will be certified as a Balayage artist with the Business of Balayage.
