FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fare as possible and charge per item/work needed not time so you don’t need to be concerned if it takes longer. If you need me to come review the actual job in order to get an estimate, there is a $100 fee (to cover time, gas etc. ) fee will be credited back if you accept the estimate and hire me for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk and understand the customer end goal first, then break it done to materials, equipment, time and labor needed so it can be priced correctly. I love getting it right and have no need to charge for extras if possible, this way I have a happy customer.
