FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fare as possible and charge prices that are both good for the customer but still leave something for me after expenses. If you like me or it’s needed to come review the actual job in order to get an estimate, there is a $100 fee (to cover minimal time, gas etc. ) fee will be waved if you take the proposal for me to do the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk and understand the customer end goal first, then break it done to materials, equipment, time and labor needed so it can be priced correctly. I love getting it right and have no need to charge for extras if possible, this way I have a happy customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On top of 16 years in construction management, I have 15 construction safety certification including: OSHA 30, Supported Scaffold, Toolbox Talks, Confined Space, Asbestos/Lead Awareness, Fall Prevention, Electrocution Prevention, Site Safety Plans, Site Safety Manager Refresher, Pre-Task Meetings, Drug and Alcohol, First Aid and CPR.
