- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
hardwood floor refinishing stripping, 2 coats of poly $1.37 per Sq FT, Labor. Hardwood flooring repairs will vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On larger jobs I usually will do a onsite consult, after that schedule a appointment time, when I first start I will ask you to pay 1/3 total up front. The rest when job is completed. If it is a lengthy project I'm doing for you we can sit and work out a payment schedule. Example: Home design $1100 to start, a month in $800, month 3 end of project $ 1100.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by helping a friend flip homes. By doing this it exposed me to various repairs and projects, and learned I really enjoyed the work.
