Mr. Miller is a straight shooter and lays all your options on the table so that you can make the best decision for your needs. He is responsive and timely in everything he does, going above and beyond to call in help from other companies when an issue arises that he isn't familiar with. He was hired in our home to paint some bedrooms, patch holes in walls, tear down wall paper, fix stucco chips, and repair an outdoor bathroom -- upon taking down the wall paper a bigger issue was discovered and Mr. Miller immediately stepped in to help contact another company and then followed up with us for several days to ensure their work was being completed, before coming back out to finish his. Mr. Miller is someone you can trust to give you honest, fair work and who will do it in a timely manner.

John was great but he hired a painter to be his helper. I posted to hire a plumber, found out the day of that John isn't licensed as a plumber. Who care, just toilet installation. No big deal, go ahead. The toilet he installed was great but the other one upstairs installed by helper turned out leaked. I discovered at the time that it was shaky and John spent quite some time to fix it and reassured that it was okay. I lost $1000 just to get that taken care of urgently with my Home Warranty/Insurance people while John was out of town and poop water dripping on my tenants. Called John back to just patch my ceiling and ended up being called a liar with a professional plumber's report saying otherwise (diagnosed to be the ring). Use at own risk.
