FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the home’s size and age, so you’re only paying for the time and detail your property requires—no one-size-fits-all pricing. All full home inspections include insurance inspections (like 4-point and wind mitigation) at no additional cost, which can save you money and time. If you only need an insurance inspection, I offer a simple flat rate. I also offer discounts for first-time homebuyers and “hero” clients (military, EMS, and single parents).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is simple: to make sure you fully understand the home before making a decision. Once you book, I’ll confirm the details and answer any initial questions. During the inspection, I take a thorough, detail-oriented approach while documenting everything clearly. I always encourage clients to attend the inspection if possible. Walking the property together allows me to point things out in real time and answer questions on the spot. Afterward, you’ll receive a clear, easy-to-read report with photos, explanations, and practical insights—not just a checklist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of experience in real estate and construction, which gives me a strong understanding of how homes are actually built—and where issues tend to show up. I’m certified through InterNACHI, and I’m committed to ongoing education to stay up to date with industry standards and best practices.
