- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gathering all the pertinent information to make accurate pricing. Once services are scheduled we send a reminder before appointments and Professional Cleaning Tech keep in constant contact with customer calling 1 hr before scheduled appointment. Upon customer's request we take before & after videos or photos of requested job *extra small fee*
