- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based solely on the size of the job and the estimated time it takes to do the job. Some pricing is subject to negotiation depending on the customer's needs. There are no hidden fees. All pricing and fees are discussed prior to starting the job. We do offer discounts for recurring services or return customers. If the service is not completed to your satisfaction, we will gladly correct any items missed and/or otherwise upon customer inspection. We will also offer to redo a service free of charge in the event the customer is not satisfied with the service completed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a customer includes knowing what service the customer is looking for. If it is a deep or move-out cleaning an in-person consultation will be requested to view the property. This is to get an understanding of the areas of concern most important to the customer. On the day of cleaning, the customer will be provided a checklist to check off everything wanted. Upon completion of the service, a final walk-through will be required by the customer and if everything is up to par, the customer will be required to sign off on the list. A copy of the checklist and invoice will be sent in an email provided on the same day.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work with a plan and a purpose. I've built my customer base ten fold. I outlined everything that I'd need and what it would take to do this work and do it right the first time.
