She showed up at 8am sharp! When I left the house and came back she updated me on what time she would be done and how it was going so far. The cleaner was VERY professional & did an amazing job at deep cleaning my house. Way better than any job I could have done. The company was very professional when they reached out and asked if I was okay with the job extending an hour. I extended an hour and I’m so glad I did. My house looked and smelled amazing. I will continue to request their services and refer them to friends and family

I am rating this company with 4 stars because they deserved 5 stars in terms of promptness, availability, and work quality. Also, they made it easy to schedule. But their professionalism needs more work. This is because, while they started the job I received two phone calls to increase the price that was agreed initially. Their first phone call and claim was I had not told them about the half bathroom (guest bathroom). So the price went from $329 to $447. So I consented to their first request even though I had told them that my wife had done most of the cleaning. Then came the second request where I was told the house is too large and two employees had to work on it hard and that I should recognize the hard work they had done. I declined this request because even though I would have acknowledged they did a good job, there was an initial price agreement that was not being honored. So, before contracting Dust 2 Done to come a do a single clean of your home, have them look at your home and set a fixed price.
