- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent flat-rate pricing based on the size and condition of the home. Deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, inside appliances, laundry, windows, and organizing are additional services and may have extra fees. We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service). No hidden fees, we always confirm the final price before the appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and stress-free. First, we ask a few questions about the home, the type of cleaning needed, and any special requests. Then we provide a quote and available time slots. Before the appointment, we send a confirmation message with arrival details. After the cleaning, we follow up to make sure everything met your expectations and help schedule future cleanings if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in residential, deep cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning. We continuously train our cleaners on proper cleaning techniques, attention to detail, safe use of products, and customer service standards to ensure high-quality and consistent results.
