I had an excellent experience with this move-in/move-out cleaning service. The cleaners arrived on time, were professional, and worked efficiently from start to finish. They paid attention to every detail—baseboards, appliances, cabinets, corners—everything looked spotless by the time they were done.

I had Victoria come to my house for a quote, and she told me right away that my house was already very clean, so the job wouldn’t take long. I made it clear I wanted a deep clean: fans, windows, baseboards, dusting the walls and ceiling. I also specifically said not to touch my velvet sofa since it had just been professionally cleaned. I gave a temporary alarm code so the ladies could arm the system before leaving.
When cleaning day came, I watched on my cameras as the cleaners spent 10 minutes just wiping my velvet sofa, even though I’d asked them not to touch it. They also spent their time just lightly wiping surfaces, not actually picking things up or cleaning under anything, just doing a surface wipe-down of what was already tidy. My house looked the exact same when they left. The “deep clean” I paid for did not happen.
On my windows, I could still see the spots where my cat puts his nose. Outside, I could see exactly where a towel had only wiped part of the glass and left the rest dirty. The fans, walls, and ceilings I asked for weren’t touched. The baseboards, one of the main reasons I hired them, weren’t cleaned at all.
They also didn’t set my alarm before leaving, and parked directly on my grass after I asked them to park their cars in the driveway and on the side of the road if they didn’t have room to park both cars in the driveway. For all of this, I paid $200 for what was basically a surface-level clean of a house that was already clean. When I told Victoria what happened, she just apologized and said they’d do better next time if I gave them a chance. I don’t see why I should have to pay them again to get what I already paid for.
I don’t know if the ladies thought I wouldn’t notice that my house looked exactly the same, but I work from home, so I notice when things in my house have been moved, look different, or haven’t been cleaned. I was extremely disappointed that my time, my money, and my energy were all disrespected. My house was not deep cleaned, but I was still charged as if it was.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I do not plan to use them again.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify a few important points.
We contacted the client the day after the cleaning to confirm everything was satisfactory, but unfortunately did not receive a response for almost three weeks, despite multiple attempts. When the client eventually reached out, we still returned and fixed all concerns free of charge, and even completed additional tasks not included in the original deep-clean service (such as cleaning switches and outlets).
The client was provided with a service agreement in advance outlining what is included. After the follow-up visit, we received over 20 videos of our team working, but no clear explanation of what was wrong when we asked for clarification.
Despite delayed communication and payment-related issues, we did our best to resolve everything professionally and go above and beyond. We stand by our work and our team.
