- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a flat rate which sets me apart from the other cleaners in this area. I make sure that when I leave the customer is 100% satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first visit the home, I reintroduce myself and make eye contact before doing a walk thru of the home and addressing their needs and or concerns, making them feel relaxed and comfortable with addressing their needs.

I have worked with individuals, families, and small businesses.
