Hired Renata in april 2018 for a cleaning of my three bedroom house, I have two kids under 4 and it’s usually a disaster. Renata and her team are so amazing. They came in and cleaned my house like I’ve never seen it cleaned. I ended up contracting her and her team to clean my house regularly two times a week from then on and to this day (Dec 2018) they service my account. They are professional, friendly, and overall great people. I’m a single father and with two young kids and am spread thin to say the least. Renata and her team take on tasks in my house that honestly are lifesavers for me. They help me out with laundry, they clean my garage out when it gets full of boxes etc. they sometimes come a third time a week to deep clean the kids room or my fridge. They take great care and have such compassion for what they do. I honestly can tell you, that, Renata has been my saving grace. She is so consoderate, she will text me when she’s at my house and ask if she can help do things like, put together some furniture that I’ve had sitting in boxes for months, organize my tools, dry clean my shirts for work (that as a divorced man) I’ve ruined a lot of bc I didn’t know how to care for them. She brings little gifts for my kids, she comes if I need her to earlier or later based on things that come up with my schedule. Her team of girls are outstanding as well. My kids love love them. They are all so considerate and amazing at what they do! They care about the job they do and they care about how it affects their customers! If you are looking for anyone to clean, pack, organize, help in any way; RUSSO FAMILY CLEANING IS THE COMPANY TO USE!

My experience with Russo’s family was beyond excellent. Renata and her staff cleaned 2 houses for us. The first was our new home. They were punctual, efficient, very professional and hard working. The second was the rental property we were vacating. This was a tremendous undertaking. We were unprepared for this move and the place was a mess! Renata brought her crew in on time. They packed up several rooms, cleaned them and moved on to the next area. This job required several visits, not just one. The crew was always dressed professionally, courteous, friendly and smiling! I was in panic mode as my exit date for the rental was soon, a hurricane was coming and it was a holiday weekend! Russo’s family showed up to finish, on the holiday! When I left the keys on the final day, the house was sparkling!! I will be hiring Russo’s Family to clean my new home on a regular basis. I will recommend them to everyone!

Russo cleaning services is AWESOME ! I was sick with Covid and in the hospital for a couple of weeks . I spoke to Renata at Russo cleaning and explained that I wanted my entire house scrubbed for Covid . They quickly made an appointment that was convenient for me . The day of the cleaning I got text messages to remind me of the cleaning and they texted the day before also to remind me and gave me the time they would come . The girls ( yes 3 ladies ) showed up on time and they did an amazing job . My house was immaculate when they left . My husband had stripped our bed and washed the bedding and he was going to make up the bed . Well the ladies insisted they were going to do that also . They took such good care of my things while they were at my home and my husband and I would definitely recommend this service . I was so happy I told all the nurses at the hospital and they all wanted to know the name of the company . The pricing was more than fair ! I certainly would recommend this company to my family and friends . If you are looking for polite , thorough cleaners who love your house like it was their own .... this is the company you want .

We offer free quotes for cleaning services based on sqf and number of rooms and areas that need to be cleaned/organized.
Pricing may also vary based on the level of cleaning needed, ie; standard vs deep cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the approval of a quote, one of our teams will be scheduled to come over and provide the requested service.
Our teams wear a uniform, that way you can always know a Russo Cleaning employee is doing the work, and our team leaders have name badges.
After the service is concluded, the full payment is due.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All team members go through a very thorough training and get familiar with all the company's standards.
