Vicall really amazed me when I returned home. My apartment was mostly unorganized. I had to leave last minute due to a family emergency so I’ll admit it was more messy than I would have like to leave it. That being said I returned home to a darn near spotless apartment. I was a bit scared I had entered the wrong unit lol. My only feedback is to place close attention to specific things a person requests. For example when you fold laundry, organize it correctly. Not just throw things into the draws because it comes off as if you’re rushing or just don’t care. When you charge a startup fee you should really take your time to get the apartment up to standard. Look at how the draw was possible organized before throwing clothes into it. I like the fast pace but make sure you all honor what a person request of you and the agreement. Nevertheless, they did a fantastic job. I will use them biweekly if they keep up the great work and organize my clothes correctly. 😀
