FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we go to seminars given by all major appliance companies to see what new technologies are coming out in the field. We learn the new advantages, and disadvantages of them so we can educate our customers, and also learn how to fix them with the proper diagnosis with the new technology. We believe it is very important to stay up to date with the appliance market as people put trust into us to guide them with the best choices, and to give them confidence that we can fix the appliance with the least cost possible for them. Our job is to save you money as we know that a house can not go without appliances and the savings in cash goes far these days.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a company with years of experience of all major brands of appliances. This will help you save money and time by getting the right diagnosis and the repair done quickly and with confidence. Don't get a fly-by-night company and ask if they are insured and bonded to help give you that peace of mind. Ask the company if they use manufacture parts not to get stuck with a cheap part that will break soon or a part that has been previously rebuilt, avoiding the headache later on. And most importantly, make sure that the company is approved and recommended by the major appliance companies as a repair technician.
