- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discount to military, fire fighters and to the police department for the hard work they provide this city, Every job is priced different accordingly to how much has to be done and how long it will take. We give 2 year labor warranty. We don’t accept any form of payment until the job is completed 100%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with the customer letting us know exactly what they want done and when can we start the job, once thats in place we keep the customers updated daily on how the job is going. Once the job is completed we do a walk on and make sure everything is up to the customers expectations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ive been in the construction field since the early 1980s ive done many different trades in it but painting has been the one i mainly stuck by and haven’t stopped since then
