With years in the business and tons of experience, we are locally owned and operated company that values honesty and integrity, and stands behind our work. We specialize in both interior and exterior residential painting projects. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work as well as our commitment to outstanding results. I am a 3rd.generation painter I started out working for my Dad and Uncle in there 50 year old business Glenn Rahn & Sons in the 1980's. I left the painting business in 1984 and pursued a career in Aviation maintenance repairing jet liners. I eventually left that field to purchase a AAA rated 25 room Motel. I with Glenn Rahn & Sons renovated 25 rooms to AAA standards which included Painting, Wallpapering, tile work, plumbing and basic electricity. I eventually left the travel and tourism business and went back to my roots and passion of Painting and decorating. I always enjoyed painting and decorating and the satisfaction it gives the customer.

Jeff responded to my inquiry on Thumbtack within minutes. He arrived at my home the next day to do a walkthrough and provide an estimate. The previous owners left tons of nails in the wall and there was damage to a small portion of the baseboard in the living room. He was able to remove each nail and repair the holes and baseboard. The entire house was painted in a reasonable amount of time. Fair pricing too! I found him to be trustworthy and thorough. He communicated with me every day on the progress and what time to expect him the next day. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would charge by the room for interior painting starting at 200. depending on size, condition and amount of prep work. Exterior painting generally by square foot from 1 to 2 dollar per square foot depending on condition and prep work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would work with the customer on their needs taking in to consideration the best price for the job and timing for the project. We would assist in picking out color schemes and also offer suggestions. Customers know what they want, and we would offer our professional advice and experience with their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started painting in the 1980's. I have a Maintenance background working on aircraft for the airlines as a AP mechanic/Inspector. I also owned my own 25 room AAA Motel business in which I had to keep the rooms and grounds up to the standards they required.
