The door replacement took a bit of time due to some challenges that came up. The reason for the low marking is a spigot was broken off the side of my house by this contractor and was never replaced. I had to pay for it to get fixed out of my own pocket after not having my messages returned.

OUTSTANDING! I reached out to James about a week before Christmas. Next day he came out and checked out the painting job (exterior whole house - new color and trim). On Monday (Christmas week) he came out power washed. Three days later house was done. More importantly, he went above and beyond without my saying anything and not charging me - he caulked, scraped, and fixed rotted wood. Yes, I paid extra because it’s the right thing to do. He communicated well and didn’t even ask me for more money. I was impressed. Painting job done, but I just moved in. Showed him other jobs. He and James have been here everyday for more than a week now. We are painting the garage, laying floor, fixing doors, and remodeling some stuff. In short, two AMAZING young men that show up and work. New Year’s Eve they worked 8-5. New Year’s Day they showed up at 8am prompt with putty knives in their hand to work. I will continue to reach out to both James and Shawn for work. They’re fair, honest, dependable, responsible, trustworthy, professional and you will NOT be disappointed.
