Best advice, Get it done right the first time.
I just bought a concrete home from the 50’s. After ripping up the old carpet, there was a sizeable elevation in the middle of the floor (pictured) that the previous owners hid. Thought I was screwed.
I did my homework on materials and labor, Home Depot vs lowes vs smaller companies vs myself (I can’t be trusted even with a drill), then, by chance, someone introduced me to Kenny. He came with references, quite an assembly of tools, gave me a solid time frame ( I didn’t think he was going to be able to finish in that short of time), plus he was so confident.
He communicated with me the entire time, he was finished a day Early, and there were no surprises.
Please Don’t waste your time and money with other companies as It’s hard for them to get good help. From now on, Kenny’s the only man for me 😂
