FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum cost to roll a truck out and do a job is $85 dollars. In junk removal jobs this includes at least 2 appliances worth of stuff. These jobs can vary significantly so the specific amount covered can too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very straight forward, you describe to me what you need done, send some pictures if you can and I give you a price and we schedule a time. For most jobs I do not need to be on-site to give you a quote. That is a sales tac by many in the industry to apply a slight pressure to the client to close a sale when they know their pricing isn't the best. I do not need to do this because my prices are the best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from the school of common sense. I've been pulling trailers now for about 5 years, and I'm a very hard worker. If that doesn't more than qualify you then nothing does.
