The first 2 cuts went very well and I was satisfied. However, for the 3rd and 4th cuts, Dwuana brought her teenage son. He half cut the front and the back on both sessions. When I brought my dissatisfaction to her attention the first time, she had him cut it again. At that point, training was in order so he would understand "how" to do the job, if she was going to have him cut again. In addition the hard surfaces of my property were not blown off. I was very dissatisfied. I texted her pics and asked why? She was very unprofessional in her response and the attitude came through, saying she didn't know but if I had told her she would have blowed the surfaces. However, I shouldn't have to tell her as that is a part of the job. On the 4th session, her teenage son, again was tasked to cut the back lawn and again did a poor job. When I informed her this time, she became very angry and she got her on her riding mower and went up and down the lawn as fast as the mower could go, and yelled " This is your last cut". I said fine. I didn't understand why she was so irate and unprofessional when there was a problem to be addressed. What she should have done was train her son on how to properly cut the grass and he probably would have done a better job. The bottom line is, "My grass is to be cut to my satisfaction, not hers". Seeing how she angered so quickly and how so disrespectful she was, I would not recommend her, and with me, she did not display a professional or business woman understanding. She leaves a lot to be desired.
