Introduction: Ayles Solutions LLC was born out of the need to support veterans transitioning back into civilian life, a need I recognized through my own personal journey. After serving our nation and being molded by the military's robust structure and purpose-driven culture, many of us found ourselves lost when we returned to civilian life. Having witnessed history and been trained to adapt and overcome life's harshest challenges, veterans often find it hard to connect with civilians and understand why they are perceived as overqualified or intimidating. I experienced this myself and came to the realization that the problem began with me. Driven by a sense of service to others, I loved everyone more than I loved myself. It was only after my children were independent and I embarked on a self-discovery journey that I learned the importance of self-love. I met Jacksonville, Florida, who opened my world to love and happiness. We traveled together for 2.5 years, during which I worked on my personal traumas and self￾awareness. This journey taught me that the key to happiness lies in letting go of the past and focusing on the present. Drawing from my personal experiences and the lessons I learned, I created Ayles Solutions LLC to coach veterans. We guide you to become the best version of yourself by focusing on happiness, problem-solving, personal, and professional development, accountability, and relationship building. Remember, you are not alone on your journey. Every year, 200k service members transition back into civilian life. Together, we can learn to understand ourselves better and determine what we truly want from our lives. When you fill your cup, you gain the ability to give back to the world. 🔹 Coaching Expertise: With years of hands-on experience, I have developed a deep understanding of coaching dynamics, assisting numerous individuals in their personal and professional growth. My approach is tailored to each individual, ensuring they reach their maximum potential. 🔹 Ordained Since 2007: A committed journey of over 15 years, I have been proudly ordained, providing spiritual guidance and connecting with countless individuals on their path of faith and self-discovery. 🔹 Wedding Officiant: Alongside my ordination, I have had the privilege to officiate many beautiful wedding ceremonies. Each ceremony is unique, personalized to reflect the love story of the couple, ensuring their special day is both memorable and heartwarming. For anyone seeking growth, guidance, or a special touch to their nuptial ceremonies, I am here to assist and make the experience unforgettable.

Phil goes up and beyond to help others find their inner self and goals. Since knowing Phil for 4 years he has coached me through my divorce and child custody. I am now happily remarried and know my path in life and finishing my degree in Psychology so I can help other veterans and first responders overcome their obstacles in life and become better role models for their family and community.
