He came out twice and was to the point, understood what needed to be done and was patient when things held up the repair briefly.
I would definitely recommend him for any mechanical work. He doesn't talk much, because he is learning English. He is from Russia so it is a learning process. Have a blessed day and Happy Holidays.

He was going to go home and write a quote . It was so much work to have done to my car.. he told me that he could do it but it was not promised the car would start . If the car would not start, there most likely more work to be done.. and my car is an older car. So I appreciate he told me the truth.. He was very helpful..

Things went great from start to finish. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. One thing that really stood out to me was how organized and respectful he was. He didn't just toss tools and parts around—everything was placed neatly, which showed the care he takes in his work and the respect he has for someone else's property.

He took care of everything I asked, and before leaving, he made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. He even got caught working in the rain at one point and never complained or rushed through the job.

I'm really glad I chose him over the other service providers on Thumbtack. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for future projects and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who's professional, thorough, and takes pride in their work.
