I was attracted to Bud Moving Company first because of the price, very reasonable compared to other moving companies I reached out to. They moved all my furniture and boxes with great care, wrapping all the furniture in pads and plastic. They were efficient and quick about the move. They were on time for the move and very professional. I will certainly use them again!

Very affordable. Reps are timely in their responses to their clients during the initial phase of scheduling the move. Movers can be hard to get ahold of when out in the field, and if late and if you are waiting at a location for them, you could wait 2 hours like we did with no price drop. We had to reschedule the next day and cancel our trip that weekend. The movers however, were very nice and worked very hard. They really cared about our furniture getting there safely, and we did appreciate it.

Hard workers, careful with protecting my furniture and friendly. Missed out on 5 stars because showed up almost 1.5hrs late. However, I did get a call to let me know that they would be late and i appreciate that very much. I have no hesitation is recommending these guys!

They called prior to coming and the 2 men assigned arrived early. They got to work straight away. They handled my furniture with care and wrapped the bigger pieces. They were very attentive when we got to my new apt and even though it was upstairs they continued to work very well. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because I would have liked if it stayed within the 2 hrs I thought it would have taken but the extra care cost extra minutes I suppose. All in all they were both fantastic!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes 2 men, supplies, and a truck. We do not charge any additional fees for stairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Below is our typical process when it comes to working with a new customer: - Provide customer with quote (quote is based upon # of bedrooms or storage unit size, mileage from both addresses, and which floor apartment) - Once quote is provided then we will discuss open date/time slot. - Once date/time slot is finished, then we will receive a deposit of half of the quoted amount to lock customer onto our schedule at the requested date/time slot. Receipt will be texted or emailed to customer. -On the day of the move, movers will call when en route and complete move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have completed serveral workshops and training within the Florida region. Our guys are required to sustain weeks of training before working on an official move.
