FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the level of service, protection, and accountability we provide. Professional moving requires trained crews, proper materials, reliable equipment, and sufficient time to do the job correctly. Extremely low pricing often means corners are being cut, whether through inexperienced labor, inadequate protection, or lack of proper licensing and insurance. We encourage customers to always ask what’s included in a quote and confirm that a mover is fully licensed and insured. The cost of doing it cheaply is often paid later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the full scope of the move (timeline, access, special items, and priorities) so expectations are clear from the beginning. From there, we provide a transparent estimate and walk the customer through what to expect on moving day. Our team stays in communication throughout the process, ensuring the move is organized, efficient, and handled with care from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 9 years of hands-on professional moving experience, gained across multiple states and high-performing moving operations. This background has shaped our standards for efficiency, safety, and customer service. All crew members are trained in proper lifting techniques, furniture protection, home protection, and safe loading practices. We believe experience, ongoing training, and accountability are essential to delivering consistent, high-quality moves.
