Precise Moves did an excellent job for us! We had a large queen sleeper sofa that needed to be brought up a narrow, steep flight of stairs. The furniture company we purchased it from declined twice, but Precise Mivers came out the next day and quickly moved it for us!

Rose was very nice, she was thorough and followed up often. The movers were subpar, they didn’t have any equipment, which was weird. I provided a box dolly and a (beach) wagon or the job would have taken forever. I asked for them to not fill the wagon too full due to the weight restrictions and they packed it full of boxes and furniture. Now it squeaks and I have to buy a new one. They also dropped a lot of my personal belongs. I guess that’s what I get for booking same day so I will take some of the blame here. If it wasn’t for Rose, I would likely give 1 star.
