Dwight and his associate were great. Reasonably priced and took care of my furniture. I had to help move stuff more than I thought I would…but I had to just to decrease the timelines. But overall, great value here. Pick them.

Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT USE!!! I contacted Dwight regarding my move. I have a partially full 10x10 storage unit in Saint Augustine that has a desk, an office chair, a TV, a small hall table, about 12 storage totes, a couple of trash bags full of clothes, and some miscellaneous household items. It took me less than 2 hours to move everything into storage. I needed everything moved to Archer, FL….approx 63 miles away. Dwight quoted me $750. I accepted the offer and scheduled it for Thursday. My husband just spent a month in the hospital and cannot be left alone. I advised Dwight that I would contact the storage facility and have them remove the lock or worst case scenario, meet him in Saint Augustine. On Wednesday afternoon; the day before my move, Dwight sent me a text advising that he had “discussed things with his team, and they decided that they needed $1000” to complete my move. He stated to me that gas was too expensive and he had been on a job when he gave me the quote. Keep in mind, I provided Dwight with the starting address and ending address and every detail about my move when I requested the quote. Now I am left without movers to get my stuff out of storage and to my new home. I have an extremely sick husband who was counting on me to get our home set up and comfortable for him to recover in and absolutely no way to do it thanks to Dwight’s last minute “change of heart”. This man is rude and unprofessional. But what else do you expect in a day and age when a man’s word isn’t worth the air he uses to speak it?
