- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Bold City Movers Jax, we aim to keep our pricing fair and straightforward. Every move is different, so we provide free estimates based on the size of the move, distance, and services needed. Our goal is to give customers an honest idea of the cost before the job begins. We work hard to deliver great value while handling every item with care and respect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we first learn a little about their move. This helps us understand the size of the job, the location, and the services they may need, such as packing, loading, unloading, or piano moving. From there, we provide an estimate and schedule a time that works best for the customer. On moving day, our team arrives ready to work and carefully handles furniture and personal belongings to make the move smooth and efficient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work in the moving industry. Jose, the owner and operator, has three years of experience helping people move safely and efficiently. During this time he has learned the best ways to protect furniture, lift and transport heavy items, and handle moves with care and attention to detail.
