Worse move ever, Salesman lied. I can say 1 really good employee, the others were all Late & Lazy. They under estimated my move and left ALOT of my belongs behind. They scratched & scuffed furniture but also door frames & my front door. They took 2 hours lunch waiting for 3rd trailer. The whole day was ruined because of their incompetence. They are college dormitory movers at best and Not household movers. Would Never Ever use again and would never recommend EVER ! Yes it was that bad ! Then to top it off they ripped me off for extra money for 3rd trailer !! I still may contest it on my CC. Be smart & find real actual professional movers now these wannabes. After a day or so Flex called and resolved my issues so everything is good.

Worst experience ever. Salesman told me there would be no time constraints on the contract and I wouldnt have to pay extra for a longer move. They underestimated the amount of space I would need in the trailer and we had to take two trips. What they didnt tell me is that I would be charged for a second trip. I scoured my moving confirmation and details and being charged is not in there anywhere. I also paid extra for the gold package, which meant they were supposed to bring shrink wrap, bubble wrap, etc and wrap all our fragile items like TVs and mirrors. Not only was none of that provided, but I had furniture get damaged because of it. One of their salesmen called me eventually but was no help because he could not get Area manager Ian on the phone. Im seeing a lot of other reviews mention this manager as well. I called customer service and they never contacted me back about being comped for those items. I called again to get a partial refund since nothing from the gold package was provided and they said they had to do an investigation and would contact me back in 48-72 hours. Well, needless to say its been two weeks and Ive heard nothing. I called again today and I got the answering machine. On top of all that, they never sent a driver to complete the second trip so I had to get a friend to haul the trailer for me. Worst company ever and extremely rude employees. I would never recommend them to anyone. The ONLY redeeming quality was that ONE of the movers was very helpful.Flex contacted me and ended up resolving the issue. Big thank you to Stephanie who helped me get some money back.
