- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two methods we use to quote prices for our customers. First, flat rate method is where we go out the to the customers residence and give them a custom quote for the job as each job is different. And our in home estimates are free. Second, is our hourly rate method and it is a standard fee which would depend on how many men are on the crew.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat each customer with the same respect and professionalism, whether, they are new or returning customer. We provide them with all necessary paperwork like licenses, insurance information, and contracts. On move day, we prep the house for moving by padding our walk ways and main door ways, wrap all furniture, disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed. Lot of extra stuff without the extra fees.
