- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any estimate or quote considers multiple factors, like item to be moved, difficulty of moving the item, crew size, equipment necessary, distance and fuel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to make contact with the client to discuss the details of the project. The next step is to provide an estimate for the project. Once the client agrees to the estimate, we schedule a date and time for the pickup, delivery, or move. On the day of the service, I communicate ETA and keep the client informed. Payment is required once the service has finished.
