Que and the gentleman helping were very nice and professional. They did an amazing job and were patient with moving the furniture I bought at an estate sale. Que was very communicative about an issue with the bed frame even making a video for me to understand what was happening.

Que and his partner Chris did an incredible job, managing to move a heavy vanity up a tight staircase, and troubleshooted it until he got it to fit. They were very professional, easy to communicate with, and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend them for any of your jobs.

Que and his team are consummate professionals. We hired him to move a VERY heavy and awkward piece of cardio equipment and he did his research to provide us with an accurate quote and a seamless moving experience. He has a variety of tools, dollies etc. and takes special care to protect floors, doorways, etc. as well as the item being moved. We will absolutely call him next time we need moving services.

Que and Chris were amazing!!! Took my job on short notice as my other company canceled last minute. Que was responsive and addressed my concerns from prior movers. They were quick but safe with my belongings. Highly recommend them and would use them again. The price was great as being last minute they could have charged me much more. Awesome team!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any estimate or quote considers multiple factors, like item to be moved, difficulty of moving the item, crew size, equipment necessary, distance and fuel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to make contact with the client to discuss the details of the project. The next step is to provide an estimate for the project. Once the client agrees to the estimate, we schedule a date and time for the pickup, delivery, or move. On the day of the service, I communicate ETA and keep the client informed. Payment is required once the service has finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
