- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The basis of our bids come down to Time(Labor cost) and Materials, but In order to create and accurate and fair bid many things must be considered: (1) What are the requested survives? (2) Measurements of total surface area(s) in which the work is to be done. Unless the work requested is for the ceilings or floors, this WILL NOT be your homes Square Footage. (3) Preparations Necessary and Preparations Requested. (4) Detail desired by client. (5) Material Cost
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed art and creativity. This job allows me to express both while and stay active at the same time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at the details in the bid: What steps are they going to take and why? Is it in writing? Is there a warranty? We will not be your cheapest provider, but you always get what you pay for. If any other provider has a better price then us; with the same or better written promise, for surfaces, we will match it!
