My overall experience was amazing. I enjoyed seeing a person who actually loves what they do and takes pride in the overall experience. The food was amazing, I enjoyed every bite!!! Chef Fontaine was stupendous. No seriously his original take on classic creations were otherworldly, tasty, interesting. I had a private couples dinner party. Prior to the dinner we had along discussion about what I wanted for the dinner party. Very smart, witty, and flexible. Props, dude was on his $h!#!!! Depending on your budget and what you want. He can go the distance. Definitely a good look.
