- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a standard $60 per hour that slides lower if you book sessions in advance and pay up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always provide a complimentary consultation with the client to discuss motivations, needs and desires. We talk about positive and negative influences in your life and forge a path ahead depending upon your specific goals. During this consultation I perform a physical assessment and discuss any medical, physical or even emotional needs that might effect your training. We get to know each other and decide if we are a fit, find a schedule that works for us and then we get fit!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my A.S. in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at FSCJ. I am currently attending American Military University and am 3 courses away from my B.S. in Exercise Science. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer I have conducted PTA clinicals at Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute, where I worked with elite high school, college and professional athletes.
