Introduction: We all have unique circumstances and challenges to overcome in life and fitness. There is no one size fits all training plan. All of my clients receive an individualized program that caters to their specific needs. It is my passion, purpose, and goal to make a positive impact. It is amazing to find a balance in life that comes from fitness. I am experienced working with postnatal clients, executives, people looking to lose weight and people looking to gain muscle. Certified Personal Trainer Strength and Conditioning Certified Nutrition Specialist Bodybuilding TRX Suspension Training NPC Nationally Qualified Competitor Workout Packages: *packages include customized workouts, in person training, along with nutrition and supplementation advice. My goal is to help clients achieve lasting results and to adopt practices that can be used with or without a trainer. Due to this style of training, I recommend starting with 12 sessions and suggest a minimum of 6 sessions for new clients.

Jeremy has helped me by changing my mindset on the way that I've been eating... I can now eat healthy without feeling guilty about over eating! I LOVE that he show me how to do the exercises and coaches me through and if I can't do it he shows me a modified way to do it! I gave him my goal of the amount of weight that I wanted to lose and he has helped me in the short amount of time he's been coaching me I've already loss some pounds...noy inches but pounds! I couldn't be anymore HAPPY! I recommend him if you want to lose weight and feel GREAT!

"Our minds are our greater gifts, we can use them in to build ourselves including our bodies" Jeremy said to me, that was my very first lesson with Jeremy & he kept on saying it always which motivated me a lot. Working out with Jeremy is a total great experience which I look forward everyday. I gain more strength, lose more sotred fat & I gain more knowledge about my body. I used to set boundaries about things I can do and things I can't do, for me now there's no limits to our abilities, I believed that working out with Jeremy by doing more progress everyday and it gives me more motivation to do even more. He's not just a trainer, he's a brother, a friend, a good person to share knowledge with. An hour workout seems to me like 5 minutes as it can go so efficiently and so fast that I don't keep track of time sometimes.
