Got a reasonable quote in one day, job done in day 2. I am very impressed with the quality work that was done with an extra touch of care for customer satisfaction. Gravity Wave offers high-quality jobs at fair prices. We have pricing averages and ranges that help customers make intelligent decisions. We can also create estimates for specific projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in dedicating time to talk to our new or recurrent customers to understand their needs and what they are looking for, and for our customers can also get to know us. We try to respond to our customers within minutes after making the initial contact. Once we understand the needs and conditions of the job, we will try to provide a close-range price estimate for the request. We will settle a date and time to perform the job and provide some instructions or comments if applicable upon an agreement. Our interactions are friendly and transparent.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Gravity Wave was born from our involvement with real estate and owning a cleaning company. Our passion for seeing clean properties that can hold value and better represent the owners makes us go above and beyond to achieve these goals.
