My carpets had gotten pretty dirty, so I was a bit skeptical about how clean they'd get. However, the shiny max crew had them looking like new. They were on time, fairly priced and didn't try to upsell. I will be using them again.

After a bit of rocky communication between this booking agent and our family, the actual cleaners that arrived were incredibly nice, and extra thorough. The sectional looks brand new (and it's an 11-year-old sofa). Best cleaning job we have ever had on this sofa and the quality, professionalism, and workmanship of the actual cleaners themselves could not have been any better. Just beware that the initial communication can be challenging with the booking agents and that {almost} turned us off and ended the potential job before it even started. I'm glad we decided to hang in there. Will use again for sure.
