I had a WONDERFUL experience with Michael. First time I had ever used thumbtack and I must admit I was kind of hesitant but Michael was very professional, knowledgeable and sweet as pumpkin pie! 😄 I would recommend him to anyone!!!! He came out the very same day that I requested service and was so respectful. I wish we had more people like him in the world to be honest. Michael provided me with additional information for future reference that was very helpful as well as I was able to call him after he had already left with a question. He is really an amazing guy.. You will be pleased 100% I promise!

Mike worked very hard trying to fix my computer. the computer had been evaluated in the past and I was told it needed a new motherboard because the battery would not charge. Mike hoped he could order a specific part and fix it. it was certainly worth a try, since replacing the motherboard pretty much meant replacing the computer. unfortunately the hoped-for fix did not work. However Mike seemed very knowledgeable, friendly, and did not charge me since he was unable to fix the computer. I would definitely use him again. I can't blame him that he wasn't able to fix it since he at least TRIED another fix that would have saved me a lot of money. The others who evaluated it jumped from a to z with a cursory look.

Mike Reformado is not only one of the nicest persons I have ever met, his knowledge and technical skills are obvious even to someone like me, someone who has little technical knowledge.He came to my home, worked on my laptop for almost 2 hours and ended up having to take it with in for additional tools. He took out the harddrive and left it with me. Though my laptop was too damaged to be repaired, I had to twist his arm to get him to accept reimbursement for his time. Getting that kind of service and integrity these days is almost unheard of and I would recommend him to anyone in need of computer repairs.
