Val was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I had some water intrusion after a heavy rain. Val arrived prepared and even went into the attic. He found the most likely cause and repaired it on the spot. Five stars!

I just had some shingles replaced by Polo Contractors, and they were the best contractor experience I have had in 14 years living in North Florida! I'm normally not a review kind of guy, but Val & Sergei were great and did outstanding work in repairing my roof. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, and the quality of work was exceptional. They were highly professional throughout the process, and I recommend them to anyone needing a new roof, roof coatings, or even simple repairs. We developed a leak during the last round of heavy winter storms. Val had excellent reviews, so he was my first call. He was very knowledgeable and professional and, most importantly, honest. He was able to identify the problem in a matter of minutes. He made the repairs and was gone in under 30 minutes. Look nowhere else for the roofing needs! Honest, hardworking contractors are hard to find.

I am a realtor and had numerous repair items on a home inspection including specific roof repairs and wood rot. He provided an estimate within one day and started and completed the work with in 2 days precisely as accepted and at a very reasonable price. Val with Polo Contractors was very prompt to contact me soon as I placed my information on Thumbtack. The next day, (January 3, 2024) he was on time for our appointment. He blew off the roof then inspected it? He found several places where it had leaks. Val explained that the roof was in bad condition and said he was surprised that a 30 year old roof had lasted this long. He said the recent days of heavy rain could have caused the leaks. As a precautionary measure he sealed several places where nails were exposed. I must mention that I am aware that the roof is in deplorable condition. I tried several times to pay him, but he wouldn't accept any money. In my many years of dealing with repair people; Val is the first to refuse money. I can not say enough about Val as a person and business man. He is one out of many, many.
