They helped us file a claim for the damages from a recent storm. We didn't even realize we had damage until they helped our neighbors with their claim. They showed us photos of everything.They met our adjuster and discussed the damages. The insurance company tried to pay us less than the deductible. They went back and argued for a full replacement. It took a couple months, but we got our roof replaced. All it cost us is the deductible. Everything was settled at a fair price.The install was really easy on our family. They scheduled the delivery and a few days later the crew showed up and started work. Everyone was professional and nice. The supervisor was there all day watching the crew.We love the work and feel like we got a lot of value for the service that was provided. We didn't have to do much except sign and make ourselves available for an inspection. Pretty simple process.
