I am so incredibly happy I went with this company! Jourdan & Steven where the definition of professional. These people were always so honest about every aspect of this project I feel more educated that I felt comfortable through the process. Once the work was done I was in awe of my new roof, I also have the peace of mind that they gave me an amazing warranty that if anything were to happen they would be back to help me. If you need a roof, look no where else then Roof Wiser.

I have been a widow for a year so when Hurricane IAN hit there were many concerns. Being alone and making important decisions and not being taken advantage of.When I met the people with Roof Wiser they were so helpful, calming and professional on all levels. Their kindness and explaining things made such a difference to me. They waked me through how it works, the process of getting it done, and each step of the way I could count on them. When they were done with my roof, it looked so great my neighbors came by and complimented the work. They cleaned up afterward beautifully. I recommend Roof Wiser with Tier 1 Roofing absolutely positively for workmanship, quality and their professionalism and the value of their work.

They did an excellent job and I was concerned about my three skylights leaking but it rained the next day and thus far no leaks as that was my primary concern everything looks great and hopefully it will last a long time

They contacted me in a timly manner however they said they don't work on my area then called me back and said they would and made an appointment then they just call me and said they can't even though they where recommended by thumbtack for my area. Very disappointing, either the contractors need to update the areas they work and check the info we provide or you guys need to ensure they give the right information and not waste my time or nobody elses
