I had an 8 am appointment which they said was the first appt. 8 comes and goes i call and was told sorry they are on there way. I called again they said their tech wasn't answering his phone. 9:30 still nothing so I canceled. At 10 the owner calls and starts his conversation telling me they have windows 8-10 I tried to explain that was not what I was told. He would not let me get 2 words in then he said he would be out between 11 and 12. I said fine but please show up and he told me never mind find someone else. WOW.

With all due respect, I heard the entire recorded conversation. You were clearly informed of the appointment window and when I called you back an hour before that window was up, you were very nasty and aggressive. So yes ma'am, I did ask that you find someone else. I'm in the business of helping people in times of stress, and if you are irate before I arrive with no sign of letting up, than no amount of hard work and professionalism is going to change your view. I wish things had gone better. I would have liked to solve your plumbing challenge. If you are ever in need of service I will offer a 20% discount in good faith.

We purchased our home roughly 6 months ago sight unseen. Once we began renovations several plumbing issues were found and thankfully we found Middle Keys Plumbing. James has been to our home numerous times and has always been FANTASTIC! He goes above and beyond and never complains when we put him on the spot and ask for additional work. He has always taken the time to make sure things are done the right way and look nice and clean. I have been so impressed I wont call anyone else to work on my plumbing!
